Responsibilities of Barista

• Craft and serve a variety of coffee beverages to our high standards.
• Ensure consistency in flavor, presentation, and quality.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Take and process customer orders with a positive attitude.
• Keep the coffee bar and service areas clean and organized.
• Monitor and restock supplies as needed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Use the POS system to process orders and payments.
• Processing cash and card sales via the POS machine.

Requirements of Barista

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous 1-2 years barista or customer service experience preferred.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different coffee varieties.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
• Familiarity with coffee brewing and tea preparation equipment preferred.
• Must be proficient to communicate in English.
