As a Barista at DoubleTree By Hilton Waterfront Hotel & Suites in Jamal Abdul Naser St – Al Majaz 2 – Al Majaz – Sharjah – United Arab Emirates, you will be responsible for providing Guests with food and drinks as requested in an efficient manner and according to proper procedure and bar regulations. This is an entry level full time job with salary range of 3000-6000 AED/month.

Responsibilities for Barista

• Receive orders and serve customer requests completely in a timely manner.
• Create and serve a range of beverages including classic cocktails and soft drinks etc.
• Take food orders and assist the floor team with deliveries as required.
• Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities.
• Keep your service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared.
• Efficiently manage the proper settlement of all customer accounts
• Answer guest queries in a polite and helpful manner
• Follow correct reporting procedures if faced with issues.
• Practice Hilton Grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene.
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.

Requirements for Barista

• Certification in Food and Beverage/ Catering would be an advantage.
• Customer Service experience is a plus.
• 1-2 years previous experience in similar role.
