Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is currently seeking suitable candidate for position of Bar Assistant Pool & Beach. The job holder will be responsible to assist in bar operations at pool and beach areas, serving beverages and maintaining a high standard of service and cleanliness. Responsibilities of Bar Assistant

• Assist Bartender to prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards.
• Keep and monitor the stock of cocktail ingredients ready for every shift.
• Ensure cleanliness of glassware and bar area.
• Perform any other job duty as assigned by higher authorities.

Requirements of Bar Assistant

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role within 5* luxury Hotel.
• Minimum of 1 year bartending experience in a luxury establishment.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Excellent knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixed drinks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
