Responsibilities of Bar Assistant

• Assist Bartender to prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards.
• Keep and monitor the stock of cocktail ingredients ready for every shift.
• Ensure cleanliness of glassware and bar area.
• Excellent knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixed drinks.
• Wash glassware and bar tools
• Prep garnishes (fruits, herbs, etc.)
• Stock coolers and ice bins
• Refill condiment stations
• Help bartenders during rush hour
• Prepare simple cocktails and non alcoholic drinks
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene (counters, floors, etc.)
• Run errands and complete tasks as needed

Requirements of Bar Assistant

The requirements of Bar Assistant are as under:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role within 5 luxury Hotel.
• 2-3 years bartending in a luxury establishment.
