Banking Officer at Flydubai in ENI Sapphire Tower Office number 6, Al Ittihad Road. Port Saeed, Deira Dubai, UAE will support day to day banking activities for the Treasury Team and facilitate smooth transactions through administrative assistance, ensuring operational support for the team. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 7000-12000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Banking Officer
- Prepares reports on daily and weekly bank balances to effectively report liquidity position.
- Coordinates with both internal and external stakeholders to efficiently resolve banking queries assigned to ensure seamless banking operations.
- Assists in process of bank account opening, oversees account management, and conducts quarterly review for both UAE and outstation accounts.
- Supports the end-to-end execution of Treasury related activities, including but not limited to fund transfers, float management letters, and drafting banking request related letters.
- Ensures accurate recording of accounting entries to facilitate the smooth closing of Bank Reconciliations
- Provides timely and relevant banking-related information to internal stake holders, ensuring transparent communication.
- Ensures strict adherence to all banking KYC requirements within the designated timelines.
- Assists with month-end activities to ensure adherence to agreed closing timelines.
- Assists with process improvement initiatives related to operational tasks and ERP related activities.
- Ensures timely dispatch of banking and operations related documents.
Requirements for Role of Banking Officer
- Bachelor’s Degree (3+ years) in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Finance and/or Treasury.
