Banking Manager Charterhouse Dubai

Charterhouse is partnering with a private company based in Dubai who are looking to hire a Banking Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s banking relationships, and ensuring the firm is compliant with the most recent financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to improve banking services and secure profitable terms.
• Opening and closing bank accounts, respond to bank inquiries related to KYC or other requests, monitoring bank fees, identifying opportunities for cost savings, and implementing new banking processes.
• Furthermore, this role will oversee the daily cash operations and execute treasury transactions.
• Staying informed about regulatory developments affecting both cash management and treasury activities as it encompasses responsibilities in both cash management and treasury operations.

Requirements of Banking Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role working with KYC documentation.
• Prior experience working in both a bank & private company /exchange/international transfers.
• Prior experience in managing banking relationships is a prerequisite.

Skills and Abilities Desired

• Strong knowledge of banking products and services, financial markets, and treasury operations is essential.
• Good communication skills.
