Job Purpose of A Personal Banking Advisor

To provide financial advice and customized banking solutions to individual clients, helping them manage their accounts and achieve their financial goals.

Duties of A Perosnal Banking Advisor

• Responsible for offering customers financial guidance, advising on suitable products and services, and assisting with their banking needs.
• Provide customers with information on financial products and services and also explore opportunities for cross-selling during customer interactions.
• Combine meeting financial targets with providing excellent customer service in order to achieve their set targets.
• Advise suitable products to walk-in customers.
• Convert maximum customer interactions into successful sales.
• Advise suitable products to existing customers to deepen relationship.
• Increase products per customer.
• Check applications thoroughly to avoid any rejection or discrepancy.

Who Can Apply?

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.

Experience

• 3-5 years of previous experience in relevant field.

Skills Desired

• Strong and excellent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Extensive knowledge and proven experience in Private Banking.
