Sharaf DG LLC is currently looking to hire a candidate for the job role of a Backend Operation Executive in Ground Floor, Al Hilal Building, 34B Sheikh Rashid Rd, Garhoud , Dubai, UAE. Responsibilities of Backend Operation Executive

• Daily management information system (MIS) reporting and analysis.
• Compilation of various financial and sales reports.
• Providing backend support and coordinating with store/kiosk staff.
• Facilitating coordination among all stakeholders regarding lease agreements, trade licenses, TRA, and work permits.
• Handling tasks including LPO (Local Purchase Order), GRN (Goods Receipt Note), STO (Stock Transfer Order), and invoicing for all store/kiosk sales across regions.
• Collaborate and assist the sales team.
• Assisting and supporting management.
• Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars.

Requirements for Role of Backend Operation Executive

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field.
• 2+ years work experience as an Office Executive.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Excellent organizational skills.
• Working familiarity with CRM platforms.
• High-level written and verbal communication skills.
