B2G Business Manager Samsung Electronics Dubai UAE

Samsung Electronics is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior B2G Business Manager in Dubai. The role holder is responsible for overseeing Samsung’s MENA Government and Public sector, by developing and cascading the Samsung B2G strategy to all subsidiaries. It is an individual contributor role and will report to the Head of B2B within the Samsung’s largest division (Mobile Experience).

Duties as B2G Business Manager

• Increase the MENA B2G deal pipeline through a matrix organization across company’s ubsidiary teams and ultimately grow revenue by closing large deals.
• Develop a deep insight into the Government and Public sector and support Samsung subsidiaries to establish strategic alliances with Government accounts such as Ministries and semi Government entities.
• Develop a MENA-wide B2G sales growth plan by reflecting the company’s vision and the Mobile Experience (MX) division strategy.
• Socialize this plan with subsidiaries for implementation and ensure frequent tracking.
• Build a comprehensive dashboard, to track, monitor, and mitigate the deal pipeline based on SalesForce.
• Support subsidiaries’ customer engagement in person and attend key meetings and exhibitions.
• Manage the bottom-up sales forecast, and derive actionable insights.
• Identify Government specialized partners, on-board them through MOUs, and leverage those to further increase the pipeline.
• Provide an accurate and deep understanding of key customers, market trends, and competition activities.
• Understand movements in governments not limited to regulation changes, monetary or fiscal / budget policies, and monitor Mammoth projects and foreign domestic investments.
• Assist subsidiaries in RFP and RFQ response for complex sales pitches, and conduct negotiations with end customers.
• Drive cross-functional engagement and alignment with key stakeholders and leadership.

Education & Experience of B2G Business Manager

• Bachelor/Master degree in Business/ IT.
• 5-8 years of experience.
