Samsung Electronics is presently accepting applications from experienced candidates for the role of a B2C Solutions Manager in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible to build mid/long term strategy for Samsung MX value added services offering by building strong long term partnerships with 3rd party providers which will result in better end-customer lock in factor through added value proposition. This role will be required to drive revenue through partner affiliate program by directing user traffic from Samsung internet browser and will support partner customer acquisition through app recommendation/preload on Samsung devices.

Responsibilities of A B2C Solutions Manager

  •  Drive communication, product listing, VOC’s for Samsung care+ for business products, Mobile data management solution.
  • Collaborate with Operators to drive Knox, Samsung Care+ product bundling.
  • Lead discussion to build proposals, conduct technical evaluation and POC for Knox solutions with partners.
  • Engage with telco while interfacing with global leads to drive existing and new Knox solutions efforts such as RFIs, RFPs etc.
  • Manage end to end project and solution deployment within customer defined scope of work.
  • Liaise with HQ Knox product management team for custom VOC and feature requests.
  • Conduct workshops, trainings with channel partners for knowledge transfer and hands-on demo session.
  • Process billing for Knox portfolio license and Samsung Care + for Business in SLM.
  • Define the Knox alliances strategy within the ecosystem to support mobile sales enhancement programs such as EIP (Easy Installment Program), BNPL (Buy Now Pay later).
  • Expand partner affiliate program by directing user traffic from Samsung internet browser.
  • Supporting partner customer acquisition through app preload on Samsung devices.
  • Conceptualization and create programs to enhance mobile sales with varied partners.
  • Manage service platforms to run promotional campaigns, coordinate with various teams to create marketing collaterals, communication plan and execution.
  • Ability to lead a team of highly motivated VAS members and managing time and project resources to deliver outcome on timely manner.
  • Build strong government and private sector partnership which will enable Samsung MX to be differentiated from competition and position Samsung as a leading brand.

Requirements For B2C Solutions Manager

The eligibility requirements for role of a B2C Solutions Manager are as under:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of extensive experience in pre-Sales and MDM solutions.

  • Ability to analyze consumer demands and habits and build value added proposition aimed to tackle those needs.
  • Understand business dynamics of channel partner and derive quick solutions. .

  • Candidate will be required to travel across the GCC regularly.
