Job Description

Transguard Group is currently recruiting for a Senior Coordinator Aviation Account Management to join their team at Transguard Group. Support the smooth and efficient delivery of the EKFC contract by maintaining data accuracy, daily reports, being the POC for transport queries, training, and training records. This a senior level full time role. For this role the salary ranges from 12000 AED to 20000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview. 

Duties of Aviation Account Management Coordinator

  • Maintain FSL and OHC records for all Employees deployed to the contract.
  • Proactively schedule renewals/refreshers for FSL and OHC as and when required.
  • Manage DF (Deployment Forms) for Employees joining & leaving the contract.
  • Send Daily Deployment reports in the agreed format to the Client.
  • Maintain monthly KPI Performance Data in the agreed format.
  • Send/Maintain any additional Weekly Reports (such as Weekly Headcount Report).
  • Raise SRF’s for Uniform and PPE and maintain tracker.
  • Liaise with BU Admin for ASP/ADP requests/renewals when required.
  • Update and maintain TMF (Transport Master File).
  • Provide required ID documents to Client ahead of L&D Assessments and Interviews.
  • Maintain an Annual Leave tracker for Employees deployed to the contract.

Eligibility Requirements for Aviation Account Management Coordinator

  • Bachelor’s Degree in aviation management, business administration or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
