Automotive Foreman in Audi at Al Nabooda Automobiles in Juma Al Nabooda Building, Khalifa,146 Sheikh Zayed Rd, Dubai, UAE will ensure that all jobs allocated to the team are completed within agreed timescales and to the standard expected by the Principal assuring high level of customer satisfaction. This is an Entry level full time job. And salary can range between 4000-6000 AED/month.
Responsibilities
- Team Management: Plan the distribution of work amongst the team utilizing the available skills mix.
- Plan the scheduling of the work allocate by the service advisor, priorities time sensitive work and ensure work is complete within agree timescales.
- Develop, guide, direct, motivate and manage the performance of all direct reports in line with the Performance Management System. To assist in the realization of their potential and to enhance their knowledge-based skills.
- Quality Control: Inspect work completed by technicians to insure that all work complies with manufacturer’s standards.
- Operational: Maintain safe working practices and abide by the working rules and standards of the Audi dealers.
- Maintain safe working practices and carry out a regular safety inspection of the premises. To ensure compliance to company Health and Safety regulations.
- Develop trainee technicians by supporting their on-the-job training, passing on expertise and best practice.
Requirements for Role of Automotive Foreman
- Automotive Diploma/Graduation.
- Must have worked for 1-3 years in the similar role.
