Responsibilities of Automation Developer

  • Collaborate with HR business partners to identify and develop automation opportunities.
  • Document and monitor existing and future HR business processes and needs across various functional business domains.
  • Lead requirements gathering in one or multiple business areas to formulate a comprehensive business requirements document.
  • Generate functional and technical specifications and oversee requirement changes. Develop bots using UiPath automation tool.
  • Define test scenarios, devise test plans, and execute test scripts while adhering to project-related policies and procedures.
  • Develop solutions on Macro, Reports, Smart Forms & Other low Code apps for HR business.
  • Proficiency in Data Structures & algorithms, Multithreading, and optimization techniques.
  • Development in UiPath & Documenting respective processes.
  • Exceptional capacity to analyze complex requirements and devise advanced technical and functional solutions.
  • Process-oriented with strong presentation, communication and articulation abilities.

Requirements for Role of Automation Developer

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years in IT).
  • 3 years of relevant experience in RPA bot development using one of the leading platforms: UiPath.
  • Previous HR automations implementations & processes related to Oracle HCM experience preferred.
  • Extensive experience in software delivery using AGILE methodology.
  • Knowledge and experience in integrating diverse applications using web services/Rest API, RDBMS, and open-source DB.
  • Prior experience in application or implementation support is required.
  • Previous hands-on experience with Power Automate, PowerApps is advantageous.
