AVP Unit Head Aayan Banking at Dubai Islamic Bank is responsible to lead the Aayan Banking unit as the Associate Vice President, overseeing operations, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction

Responsibilities of Associate Vice President Unit Head

• Deliver the budgeted volumes for deposits and sale of Investment Products.
• Increase the Aayan Banking portfolio by increasing deposits of existing customers in your unit and targeting of HNWI not Banking with us.
• Guide and Support the team in the various Islamic Investment Products that are offered by Aayan unit/other Business Units to existing and potential new customers.
• Manage the team and ensure staff motivation and morale is at the highest.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to address any issues and to receive any feedback also ensure staff are sent for regular training conducted by bank.
• Ensure implementation and consistent adherence with Standard Operating Procedures and Policies of the Bank and the Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
• Ensure adherence to Bank processes & policies and report deviation to immediate supervisor/manager.
• To ensure that there is no loss of customers from Aayan Banking due to unsatisfactory service on our part.
• To maintain regular visits/contacts with sensitive/profitable Aayan Banking customers in your portfolio / RM portfolio-either through telephone calls or Personal visits.
• Must be able to manage all the sensitive/profitable relationships in the Team portfolio.
• Daily Monitoring the CRM activities of the team for all the products and services.
• All the above responsibilities includes but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager.

Role Requirements

The requirements for the role of Associate Vice President Unit Head are as under:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 7 – 8 Years.
