Associate Vice President TWC Coverage at RAKBANK Sharjah is responsible to lead and oversee the Trade Working Capital (TWC) coverage team, driving business growth and customer engagement while ensuring effective risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities of Associate Vice President TWC Coverage

• Achieve the budgeted TWC booking/book growth, fees targets & cross sell within the acceptable risk standards.
• Align trade transactions to facilitate the requirement of customers.
• Source new business accounts to increase fee income and utilization.
• Establish and maintain managerial practices, creating a collaborative and high performance work environment within the team.
• Train, provide feedback and develop employees’ skills whilst communicating performance expectations.
• Maintain awareness of the department’s Business Continuity Plan and undertake appropriate training to ensure correct action is taken in the event of an incident or disruption.

Requirements of Associate Vice President TWC Coverage

• University Degree or Equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing Business Banking products.
