Associate Vice President Senior Product Manager at RAKBANK Dubai is responsible to lead the product management team in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the bank’s product portfolio, drive profitability, and meet customer needs.

Responsibilities of Associate Vice President Senior Product Manager

• Full ownership and responsibility for Cross Border Remittance Product Management.
• Develop and execute the overall strategy for digital remittances and payments in alignment with the organization’s goals.
• Drive innovation and stay abreast of industry trends to position our digital offerings competitively, identify gaps, develop and launch new/revamp products and propositions to enhance penetration, profitability, brand awareness and market share.
• Lead the end to end product lifecycle, from ideation to implementation and ongoing optimization.
• Manage cross functional projects and work closely with engineers, UX experts and designers in order to build best-in-class products for customers.
• Ensure an awesome customer experience: Implement strategies to enhance the digital remittance and cardholder experience.
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with technology teams to ensure seamless integration of digital remittance and card services with existing systems and platforms. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance service capabilities.
• Identify and foster strategic partnerships to expand the reach and capabilities of digital remittance and card services.
• Effectively manage relationships with vendors and third-party service providers.
• Manage key strategic relationship with a leader in financial inclusion and wage payment services.

Requirements of Associate Vice President Senior Product Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Product Leader with over 10 years’ experience, in remittances/cross border payments/financial inclusion.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Progressive experience in digital payments, remittances, with demonstrated success in developing and launching digital financial products.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to digital financial services.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively.
• Speak at least 3 languages.
