RAKBANK Dubai is presently hiring suitable candidate for the job role of Associate Vice President ATM Channels. This is a senior level and full time role and for this job the salary ranges from 25000 AED to 40000 AED. The vacancy was announced by the bank on June 12, 2024.

Responsibilities of Associate Vice President ATM Channels

• Manage ATM channel, activity includes installation, budgeting, enhancements, revenue and sales.
• Ensure that the ATM channel uptime and customer experience on the ATMs is among the best in the industry.
• ATM Operations – Responsible for smooth and seamless operations of RAKBANK ATM estate within the assigned budget.
• ATM Installations – Optimize ATM’s portfolio as per the strategy approved by the management. Relocate underutilized ATMs appropriately.
• Projects – Frame appropriate requirements to liaise with the Projects team for new initiatives.
• Enhance CX – Manage and evolve Customer Experience on ATMs to ensure RAKBANK customers receive best in class service and features.
• Identify process improvements, drive cost efficiency and enhance service quality.
• Ensure availability of ATM’s by monitoring uptime and escalating to the IT team when deemed appropriate.
• Support business growth plans through ATMs.
• Drive sales and revenue from banks ATMs.

Requirements of Associate Vice President ATM Channels

• University Degree or Equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in the banking industry with vast exposure to ATM Channels & Project Management.
