Associate Sustainability Consultant AECOM Dubai

The AECOM ESG Team are seeking a Associate Sustainability Consultant, to join their team in Ubora Tower, Level 43. Al Abraj St. Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-30000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Associate Sustainability Consultant

• Organizes own work to achieve set deadlines.
• Independently checks the accuracy of own work prior to review by the Senior Engineer or designated senior team member.
• Supports development of designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, working drawings, develops details, specifications.
• Adopts good engineering/design solutions to assigned tasks and develops appropriate research and documentation to support these solutions.
• Supports the preparation and compilation of design presentations and design reports
• Develops an awareness of AECOM’s QMS procedures.
• Coordinates with internal design disciplines to achieve a high quality, consistent set of presentation or design documents.
• Supports on research for emerging tech/trends on sustainability and wellness in the built environment.

Requirements for Role of Associate Sustainability Consultant

• BEng or BSc in Building Science, Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering field of study.
• LEED AP, Estidama PQP, WELL AP, Carbon Assessment, One Click LCA.
• GRI and GRESB Reporting
• Minimum 10+ years post graduate experience in Sustainability.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Good Knowledge and understanding of Design & Construction Stage Sustainability Deliverables.
• Evidence of general understanding of architectural and engineering building system planning, space and urban planning requirements.
• Base Sustainability concepts.
• Delivering LEED and Estidama project (Design and Construction)
• Drawing production (Design Brief compliance, completeness & accuracy)
• Ability to fulfill all the above duties and responsibilities and manage own time.
• Good Analytical Skills, Creative, Research Mindset.
• LEED, Estidama Design and Construction Stage Assessments.
• Ashrae 90.1 Energy Audits.
