Associate Sustainability at Chalhoub Group in Gate 4, Roundabout 6, Mina Jebel AliJebel Ali, Jebel Ali Freezone, Dubai, UAE will oversee a comprehensive suite of activities related to reducing environmental impacts and applying sustainability principles. Develop, implement and evaluate programs that support social, environmental, and economic objectives. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 8000-15000 AED/month.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with stakeholders to gather feedback on existing programs, encouraging participation in new initiatives and monitoring program performance and outcomes.
• Review & suggest green building material to be utilized in Projects.
• Developing plans to reduce carbon footprint of the projects in pipeline.
• Obtain and analyze the scorecard of every project.
• Facilitate Team wellbeing and bonding.
• Analyze partner association to be fair, transparent and contribute to growth model.
• Align company’s sustainability goals with the group.
• Facilitate with development of guiding principles and Annual sustainability report.
• Review health & safety measures for the employees and measures for improvement.
• Facilitate all measures of sustainability & Team wellbeing in other countries.

Requirements for Role of Associate Sustainability

• Bachelor degree in Administration or Sustainability.
• 2+ years experience in sustainability, environmental management, , conservation, or related fields.
