Job holder will be responsible for providing analysis reports on job evaluation activities, salary surveys and structures, compensation programs and market trends. Responsibilities of Associate Rewards
- Conduct internal benchmarking analysis and support in presentation preparation.
- Assist in benchmarking the current pay practices & pay positioning vis-à-vis market.
- Follow all relevant Rewards policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Assist in conducting and managing job evaluation for all unique roles based on a standard approach & assist in conducting job re-evaluation when organizational structure changes take place.
- Update job descriptions to accurately reflect the scope of the role as per the operating model and organization structure.
- Participate in salary and benefits surveys for different countries and analyze the Group’s alignment with market trends.
- Assist in the development & implementation of Rewards policies and procedures.
- Performs other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the Line Manager in order to meet objectives.
Requirements for Role of Associate Rewards
- University Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics or any other related fields.
- 0-2 years of experience in the same field.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Advanced Microsoft skills (Power BI, Excel, word and power point).
- Excellent attention to details.
- Basic understanding of relevant labor laws and regulations.
