Chalhoub Group is presently hiring qualified and skilled candidates for the job role of a Associate Rewards in Dubai. Job holder will be responsible for providing analysis reports on job evaluation activities, salary surveys and structures, compensation programs and market trends. Responsibilities of Associate Rewards

  • Conduct internal benchmarking analysis and support in presentation preparation.
  • Assist in benchmarking the current pay practices & pay positioning vis-à-vis market.
  • Follow all relevant Rewards policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Assist in conducting and managing job evaluation for all unique roles based on a standard approach & assist in conducting job re-evaluation when organizational structure changes take place.
  • Update job descriptions to accurately reflect the scope of the role as per the operating model and organization structure.
  • Participate in salary and benefits surveys for different countries and analyze the Group’s alignment with market trends.
  • Assist in the development & implementation of Rewards policies and procedures.
  • Performs other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the Line Manager in order to meet objectives.

Requirements for Role of Associate Rewards

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics or any other related fields.
  • 0-2 years of experience in the same field.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Advanced Microsoft skills (Power BI, Excel, word and power point).
  • Excellent attention to details.
  • Basic understanding of relevant labor laws and regulations.
