Responsibilities of an Associate Professor-Marketing

  • The Faculty Member will guide and inspire in the core areas of marketing.
  • Focus on both Traditional paradigms and Contemporary developments in the Marketing discipline.
  • Teach about Marketing Research, Creating and Marketing New Products, and New Product Development.
  • The Faculty Member will pay special attention to areas like Strategic Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Luxury Marketing and Marketing Communication.
  • Show strong commitment to teaching and learning excellence.
  • Provide evidence of strong and sustained commitment to societal impact through Research activities and Industry-research collaborations.

Education & Experience

  • PhD in the discipline from an AACSB accredited international academic institution.
  • Teaching and learning experience at an AACSB accredited institution.
  • Experience in supervising Masters Research/Doctoral Candidates.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Responsible Researcher with outcomes including High-impact Publications, Generation of research income and Industry-research Collaborations.
  • Effective Teaching Methodology.
  • Fluency in the English language (both spoken and written).
