Duties of Associate Professor Applied Finance

• A responsible researcher with outcomes including high impact publications, generation of research income and industry research collaborations, with a focus on addressing societal challenges.
• Contributing to various committees at the department, college and university levels.
• Contributing to the research profile of the department & college through innovative and interdisciplinary research publications.
• Contributing or leading activities related to program accreditation and quality assurance.
• Contributing to any other responsibilities as assigned by the Head of the Department.​

Job Requirements

The requirements for the job of Associate Professor Applied Finance are as under:

• Candidates should have a PhD in Finance from AACSB accredited international academic institution.
• Evidence of scholarship and teaching practice in the core discipline with demonstrated competence in contemporary areas including Fintech/Alternative Investments/Sustainable Finance from an accredited university.
• Minimum 3 years experience of teaching and learning experience at an AACSB accredited institution.
• Experience in supervising Masters Research/Doctoral candidates.
