The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new product, scaling it up in plant and identifying customers in new markets like SE Asia for these products. Responsibilities of An Associate Manager R&D

• Understand, reflect & practice IFFCO’s vision & values.
• Support the commercial technical directives for existing product lines and needs for alternate materials and or new product activities in conjunction with business priorities.
• Idea generation / picking up ideas towards creation of a new project.
• Hold discussions with stake holders to identify specific project to be taken up for development work.
• Supervise Pilot trials /Plant batches for new product development.
• Standardize specifications and test methods for Raw Materials and Finished Products.
• Provide updates through regular issuance of written and verbal reports, this should include monthly updates.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of an Associate Manager R&D are as under:

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. Chemistry.
• 10-15 years of experience in resin manufacturing for paint and coating industries.
