Aster DM Healthcare is seeking an experienced candidate for the role of Associate Facility Management at Eurohealth Systems FZ LLC in Dubai. Duties as Associate Facility Management
- Assist in preparing letters of authorizations, purchase orders.
- Maintain project metrics, project lists and internal status reports.
- Develop a strategically aligned, integrated, diverse, and service-oriented facilities organization.
- Direct facilities project-development efforts, consulting with relevant committees, departments, and individual faculty concerning designing, planning, construction, and renovation of facilities.
- Working with the Managers, attending client meetings and assist the Managers in obtaining the correct pricing for services during the preparation of new client and customer business proposals.
- Working with the team supervisors to devise and conduct any induction and continuation training required for new staff.
- Responsible for the preparations of the monthly staff meetings and also for the daily/weekly briefings with the Managers and team Coordinators / Senior Supervisors.
- Responsible for planning all transport and accommodation requirements in advance of any contract start date.
- Ensure that all contract staff members carry out all company and division induction training on arrival.
- Ensure the maintenance of all service level agreements within the contract scope of works.
- Ensures reporting of all contract staff sickness, absence and holidays thus adhering to all company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements for role of Facilities Management Assistant Manager
The eligibility requirements for role of a Associate Facilities Management are as under:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent degree in facilities management.
- 5+ years in the field of Facility management.
