Careem is presently hiring qualified candidates for the role of an Associate Director Partner Operations & Experience in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible to manage the end to end journey driven from partner interactions impacting experiences for end customers along with Partner experience themselves. The core tenet is to systematically address broken experiences with root cause elimination. This also entails managing smooth delivery of partner operations with timely and cost effective delivery (catalog & merchant support units). The measures will include a combination of catalog availability, quality and product availability apart from resolution SLAs. Other critical areas in the ambit of the role include executing partner trainings for readiness on the Careem platform role.

Duties of An Associate Director Partner Operations & Experience

  • Lead partner operations & experience globally for three markets (UAE, JOR, KSA).
  • Lead a team of partner performance and training colleagues.
  • Lead decision making for the function and provide valuable insights to drive decision-making.
  • Lead goal-setting and tracking for the function.
  • Manage work streams and projects autonomously in a cross-functional environment.
  • Work closely with Commercial and Product teams for alignments on more efficient processes.
  • Explore and implement new, efficient tools and processes to optimize the process flows.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of an Associate Director Partner Operations & Experience are as under:

  • BS/MS level (or equivalent) within a subject relevant to the position such as Computer science, Management Information Systems, or Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience (atleast 4 years leading teams) in operations, data based decisioning and sub-functions such as operations support, catalog and training.
  • Experience working within the technology industry/start-up environment is highly desirable, ideal candidate will know the Partner Operations and/or Customer Experience business.
  • Experience working with multiple Business Intelligence tools, building reports and dashboards.
  • A mix of consultancy and operations experience ideally in well established e-commerce/ tech companies is desirable.
