Job Overview of An Associate Director Enrollment

• Identify, advise & enroll qualified candidates who wish to attend their globally ranked postgraduate business programs.
• Develop existing sales channels and grow new ones through multimedia marketing initiatives such as telemarketing, direct mail, print and digital advertising, social media and community outreach to reach and exceed student enrollment targets in assigned region.

Your Job Duties As An Associate Director Enrollment At Hult International Business School Dubai (UAE)

• In collaboration with Enrollment Director, define and implement a go to market strategy to enroll internationally minded & high quality students from the South Asia region interested in joining Hult’s Masters programs.
• Represent Hult at various fairs, conferences and events.
• Host regional information sessions and “Meet and Greet” sessions in targeted cities.
• Advise prospective students in person or via telephone and guide them through the enrollment and admission process.
• Nurture relationships with prospective students from initial student contact through to their arrival in class.

Who Can Apply?

Qualification

• Bachelors degree in marketing or business.

Experience

• 3 plus years track record of success in sales, business development or recruitment with a reputed organization.
• International experience (professional or personal) is a plus.
