Job Description

Associate Director Cost Management at AECOM will provide leadership and be responsible for leading and managing delivery of Commercial and Cost Management services of Major High-End Residential and Commercial Projects both in Pre-Contract and Post-Contract stages. Provide a comprehensive, accurate and value driven service for Clients. Candidate will also be responsible for direct reports and provide support and supervision. Will be Client focused and lead project teams and/or provide advisory services. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 30000-60000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Associate Director Cost Management

  • Leading and managing a team of professionals and specialists for successful delivery of cost and commercial management services.
  • Achieve the highest standards of professional competence, maintain and develop good relationships with clients, take every opportunity to uphold and increase the profile of the firm as a provider of professional, premium quality services to the construction industry.
  • Interprets Benchmark data and presents to Clients
  • Presents project deliverables to Clients
  • Complies with all QA requirements
  • Applies new thinking and innovation that shapes the businesses service offering at the highest level.
  • Assists in developing new and existing clients of regional and EMEA wide significance.
  • Assists in establishing the strategic focus areas for the end market sectors.
  • Assists in establishing the financial plan for the regional business.
  • Accountable for the financial performance of a portion of the business.
  • Contributes and influences AECOM wide strategic direction and communicates and creates buy-in to the strategy across the business.

Requirements for Role of Associate Director Cost Management

  • MIRCS qualified.
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience since obtaining maximum educational qualification.
  • Experience of working in GCC, ideally in major consultancies and major high-end residential and commercial projects.
