Education industry are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to join their educational team in Dubai. The successful candidate will support the lead teacher in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. Responsibilities include assisting with lesson plans, supervising activities, and providing individualized attention to students.

Responsibilities of Assistant Teacher

• Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
• Support classroom management and create a positive learning atmosphere.
• Provide individualized attention and assistance to students as needed.
• Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and address challenges.
• Supervise students during various activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment.
• Assist with classroom setup, organization, and maintenance.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Requirements of Assistant Teacher

• Minimum of a high school diploma, associate degree in education or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience of 1-2 years working with children in an educational setting.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, flexibility, and a passion for working with students.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with lead teachers and other staff.
