Responsibilities of Assistant Server

• Clear and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrive manner; greet guests, provide water, bread and butter service according to F Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Assist the Server in providing an expertly served dining experience.
• Clearing and resetting tables according to standards.

Requirements of Assistant Server

• High School diploma or equivalent or vocational training in hospitality or a related field.
• 2+ years previous experience in a similar role within 5* luxury hotel/brand standalone restaurant.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
• Excellent ability to read and speak and write English
