Duties of Assistant Sales Manager

• Identify and research potential clients by proactive outreach through meetings and calls.
• Manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and deals.
• Create tailored sales presentations, effectively communicating value propositions.
• Handle sales negotiations, addressing objections, and closing deals.
• Cultivate relationships with both potential and assigned existing clients and agencies.
• Monitor industry trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports.
• Drive brand-new revenue across brands by creating relationships with new partners and clients.
• Utilize features, topics, events, and products to increase and diversify opportunities for new clients.

KPIs

• Measure impact of meetings/calls on revenue, track successful engagement ratio.
• Consistently meet/exceed revenue targets, monitor monthly performance.
• Evaluate success in acquiring new clients, track revenue share from new accounts.
• Assess deal advancement in sales pipeline, monitor progression through stages.
• Measure time to convert leads into clients, assess sales process efficiency.

Elgibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of  Assistant Sales Manager are as under:

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in sales, marketing or related field.
• 1 plus year of experience in similar role.
