Job Purpose of An Assistant Restaurant Manager

• To support the smooth operation of a restaurant by assisting in management tasks, ensuring excellent customer service, and overseeing staff to maintain high-quality dining experiences and optimize business performance.
• They play a pivotal role in restaurant efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Duties of An Assistant Restaurant Manager

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in leading multi-cultural teams to deliver of a high quality dining experience.
• Keep the customer at the heart of all they do.
• Manage the food and beverage service to consistently meet high standards as defined by hotel & Hilton brand standards.
• Effectively control the flow of customers and the interaction between the front and back of house throughout service.
• Provide professional and current knowledge of wines to guests.
• Ensure Team Members maximize all sales opportunities.
• Maintain brand standards and high levels of customer service.
• Describe and up sell wines to provide excellent customer experience.
• Handle all customer inquiries in an appropriate and professional manner.

• Bachelors degree in hospitality management, restaurant management or culinary arts.

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in same role.
