Responsibilities of Assistant Relationship Manager

• Managing client onboarding process, including Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and documentation requirements.
• Conducting thorough KYC checks to verify client identities, assess risk levels, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Building strong relationships with clients to understand their objectives and preferences.
• Managing client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Collaborating with internal teams to address client requests and concerns.
• Providing product information, performance updates, and account assistance.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.

Requirements of Assistant Relationship Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field
• 1-3 years prior experience in client services within the financial services industry preferred.
