The Department of Computer Science and Information Technology is currently inviting applications for a full time Faculty (Assistant Professor in Cybersecurity Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or Related fields) appointment for Fall 2024-25, in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain Campus. The appointment is at level of Assistant Professor, but exceptional candidates will be considered for higher levels depending on qualifications and relevant experience. • Data Mining, Big Data Analytics.

Faculty Role

• Faculty members report to the Department Chair and Dean and participate in the growth and development of the University.
• Faculty members will be engaged in teaching in the undergraduate and/or postgraduate programs, involved in research activities, and committed to university service.

Job Requirements of Assistant Professor

The requirements for the job role of Assistant Professor are as under:

• An earned doctorate from an accredited institute in cybersecurity engineering, software engineering, computer science, or related area.
• 2 year successful university teaching experience at undergraduate and graduate levels relevant to the academic rank.
• Experience in working with people from different ethnic backgrounds.
