NH Collection Dubai The Palm is presently hiring suitably qualified and experienced candidate for the job role of Assistant Outlet Manager. The jobholder is responsible for supporting the Outlet Manager in overseeing the outlet operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining high customer satisfaction, while also assisting in staff management, operational efficiency, and compliance with the hotel’s standards and policies.
Responsibilities of Assistant Outlet Manager
- You will assist the Outlet Manager, driving the Food & Beverage team in all aspects, from business planning and organizing to operations and administration.
- You will be responsible for achieving the highest customer satisfaction, brand and quality standards, as well as bringing creativity and variety to our food & beverage offering.
- You will manage the financial aspects of the department to achieve the budgeted revenues, profit and food & beverage costs whilst maintaining food and beverage quality.
- You will maintain the team member performance and development at the superior level – grooming ‘good’ to ‘great’ and achieve the targeted team member satisfaction.
- You will work closely with the sales & catering, marketing and banquet teams to maximize the business results.
- Assisting the Outlet Manager in overseeing and managing daily operations of the outlet.
- Ensuring high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Training and supervising outlet staff, and managing staff schedules.
- Implementing strategies to increase profitability and efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinating with kitchen staff to maintain quality of food and service.
- Overseeing inventory management, including ordering and stock control.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of promotional events or special activities in the outlet.
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards of the outlet.
Requirements of Assistant Outlet Manager
The requirements of Assistant Outlet Manager are as under:
- College Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
- 2-3 years of previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations leadership role.
