Assistant Operations Coordinator Al Tayer Group Dubai

Al Tayer Group is currently looking for an Assistant Operations Coordinator who will be responsible to coordinate with existing retail stores to ensure efficient asset management, operational, and administration guidelines are adhered to. This is an entry level full time role. The salary of this role ranges from 3000 AED to 7000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Reesponsibilities of Assistant Operations Coordinator

• To ensure regular and efficient communications to and from store teams.
• Includes always providing correct and relevant information and to ensure timely follow ups with the store teams.
• Maintain necessary database for efficient and orderly storage and retrieval of documents/information.
• Mange travel bookings for Operations team.
• To consolidate and order consumables as and when required.
• Review Utilities invoices and submit for payment; maintain records on costs and consumption.
• Schedule review meetings with store teams to collate feedback on Repair &Maintenance.
• Ensure Police permits are in place for the Store.
• Oversee required store LPO’s and payments for store requirements.
• To support with vendor creation for GP and VM and Operations teams.
• Ensure Police permits are in place for the Store.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of an Assistant Operations Coordinator are as under:

• Graduate in any Discipline.
• 1-2 years experience in a relevant field.

• Exposure to retail operational practices/functionality of retail outlet.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate with knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
• Methodical and organized approach with deadline achievement essential.
