Assistant Manager (UAE National) Transguard Group UAE

Transguard Group presently has a job opening for qualified and experienced candidate for the position of an Assistant Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for controlling and supervising all operations ensuring their smooth running and accomplishment within the stipulated time frames.

Duties of An Assistant Manager

  • Responsible for ATM/CIT AUH operations.
  • Assist the Manager in planning, preparation and organization of the operations and other administrative functions of the CIT/ATM staff.
  • Controlling and supervising of all CIT/ATM AUH operations ensuring their smooth running and accomplishment within the stipulated time frame and as per customers SLAs.
  • Coordinating with clients/customers during day to day running of the operations.
  • Delivering orientation to new joiners before PSCOD qualified.
  • Assist the Manager Business Development and planning for new business resources.
  • Responding the queries from Customer Service.
  • Ensuring that staff adheres to all SOPs while carrying out operations.
  • Ensure that all CIT/ATM staff comply with all order and instructions they receive.
  • Assist the Manager in the recruitment of new staff.
  • Acting as a deputy in the absence of Manager.
  • Assisting the manager in the preparation of all reports and return to the head office and other department.
  • Looking after the administrative needs of the staff.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of an Assistant Manager are as under:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in relevant field.
