Jumeirah Group & Corporate is presently hiring suitably qualified and experienced candidate for the job role of Assistant Manager Sales Automation. The selected candidate will be responsible to manage and optimize sales automation processes and tools to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
Responsibilities of Assistant Manager Sales Automation
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Salesforce Automation Implementation: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure
workflow rules, process builders, approval processes and custom automation using
Apex and VisualForce are in place. - Process Optimization: Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for
automation and improvement. Develop and implement strategies to streamline
processes, improve efficiency, and enhance user experience within the Salesforce eco
system - Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce by defining
data quality standards, establishing data governance practices, and creating data
validation rules and workflows. KPI’s measured by weekly/monthly reports on data
input and quality. - System Configuration and Customization: Leverage declarative tools and low-code
development methodologies to implement custom solutions - User Training and Support: Conduct user training sessions to educate stakeholders on
Salesforce automation capabilities and best practices. Provide ongoing support and
troubleshooting to resolve user issues and inquiries related to Salesforce automation.
Develop coaching material and user guides to align with / and support system usage
(written/ visual). Update SOP’s for CRM data standards and usage guidelines.
What You’ll Do More?
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including
business analysts, administrators,, to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce
automation KPI’s. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements,
provide status updates, and manage expectations. - Documentation & Reporting: Create comprehensive documentation of Salesforce
automation solutions, including user guides. Will be responsible for user access with
an update active user list ensuring Jumeirah IP is protected at all times. Generate
weekly/monthly reports and dashboards to track system performance, monitor
automation effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement. Establish a system to
manage sales effectiveness. - Delphi: Coordinating the training of new sales team members. Creating SOP’s
guidelines for system management. Review the system for adherence to the SOP’s - To lead all annual contracting alongside the VP to ensure budget instructions are
completed for all systems and cross charge sheets are shared with finance.
Requirements of Assistant Manager Sales Automation
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2/3 year experience with a CRM system.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Proficient level – Delphi, CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- Knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office, Delphi and Salesforce
