An opportunity has arisen for a Assistant Manager – Marketing to join Jumeirah Group & Corporate. The job holder will be responsible for overseeing promotional campaigns, social media presence, and branding initiatives to drive bookings and enhance the hotel’s visibility, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy and business goals.

Responsibilities of Assistant Manager Marketing

  • Act as a brand steward, ensuring all internal and third-party marketing and communications efforts.
  • Align with the brand strategy and support the overall business objectives.
  • Develop brand, commercial and operational assets and collateral and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Support the Senior Directors of Corporate Hotel & F&B Marketing in creating and managing engaging and differentiating content for multiple products (e.g., rooms, F&B, spa, C&I etc.) across multiple platforms, adhering to Jumeirah’s Visual Style Guidelines and approval processes.
  • Provide planning and operational support for photo and video shoots, ensuring that operational processes and visual style guidelines are always adhered to.
  • Copywriting, design, editing and production of flyers, posters, direct mailers, and online materials such as brochures, presentations, emails, infographics, videos, and newsletters.
  • Maintain the hotel’s image library – ensure that all assets are recent and aligned with brand standards.
  • Support the Senior Directors of Corporate Hotel & F&B Marketing in activating strategic luxury partnerships.
  • Collaborations to support the achievement of brand positioning and commercial goals.
  • Support the Senior Directors of Corporate Hotel & F&B Marketing in delivering and optimizing tactical D2C campaigns across multiple channels, including OTA’s. Ensure alignment with Jumeirah brand standards.
  • Manage the content on the website and mobile app ensuring alignment with the Jumeirah brand and content standards.
  • As well as focus on improving direct conversion rates for tactical initiatives.
  • Support the Senior Directors of Corporate Hot.

Requirements of Assistant Manager Marketing

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Marketing Communications, Business or equivalent from an accredited and renowned University.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Marketing experience, gained within a leading global luxury hospitality or recognised global luxury brand Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
  • Proven experience in managing integrated marketing and communications plans and budgets.
  • Demonstrated experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in executing photo and video shoots.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing marketing, sales and operational collaterals and materials.
