Aster DM Healthcare is currently looking to hire a candidate for the job role of a Assistant Manager Marketing at Medcare royal Specialty hospital in 16 18th St, Al Qusais, Al Qusais 2, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-20000 AED/month.

Responsibilities

• Develop short and long-term strategies and budgets for the marketing/communications/public relations program and its operations.
• Lead marketing strategies and concept development for the Aster.
• Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
• Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
• Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
• Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes.
• Collaborate with the brand, communication, and digital teams to create regionalized promotional campaigns using owned channels. Such as PR, events, social, email, mobile/web, advertising, and business listings.

Requirements for Role of Assistant Manager

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years experience in a related role.
