Assistant Manager in Le Clos at MMI in 5th Floor, Emirates Holiday Building, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE will Assist the (Le Clos) Store Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations and helping sales teams meet their goals. Focus on providing excellent customer experiences while hitting personal and business targets. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-20000 AED/month. Responsibilities of Assistant Manager
- Provide exemplary service to clients.
- Manage staffing, inventory, and store presentation for optimal operations.
- Ensure precise documentation of transfers and deliveries.
- Conduct thorough stock checks to mitigate discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate daily performance records and shift logs.
- Drive sales and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth clients.
Requirements for Role of Assistant Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, finance, marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years experience in hospitality (restaurant, hotel, or bar).
- Retail experience required.
- Previous Assistant Manager role experience.
- WSET Level 2 in wines and/or spirits preferred.
- Experience in an airport environment and Travel Retail.
- Experience with High Net Worth/VVIP Clients.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
Proficiency in Mandarin, Russian, Vietnamese, Korean, French, Italian, or Spanish.
