Deloitte is actively recruiting qualified candidates for the role of an Assistant Manager Internal Client Service in Dubai. The successful candidate will support Global Account Manager under the leadership of the Global Lead Client Strategy Partner. The incumbent will oversee and optimize the pipeline of projects and initiatives related to the Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Aramco). This Internal Client Services (ICS) position requires passion for the energy industry, particularly the oil and gas sector, and adequate understanding of Aramco’s landscape, analytical reasoning, critical thinking, and how the Firm supports the account.

Responsibilities of An Assistant Manager Internal Client Service

Client Portal Management:

  • Manage activities on SAP Ariba (Aramco procurement portal) in relation to RFPs, Jobex, questions and responses and proposal submission.
  • Distributing RFPs and related information, coordinating with the account team and project teams.
  • Coordinating with the project teams to ensure RFP package complete and ready for submission on time (no requirement to be involved in preparation of materials).
  • Submission of requests from project teams.
  • Maintain contact with Aramco procurement.
  • Maintenance of RFP tracker.
  • Main point of contact between Aramco (RFP Owner) and Deloitte for all RFP communications.
  • Oversee and manage client vendor portals ensuring timely updates.
  • Work closely with Deloitte Finance Departments to collect certificates for vendor portal monthly updates to ensure the smooth running of the portal and raise any issues.
  • Manage vendor registrations for new companies.

Pipeline Management & Analysis:

  • Manage pipeline updates on Jupiter.
  • Prepare regular analytical reports (Excel/MS Office/PPT) and updates for Aramco leadership, summarizing the status of ongoing projects, key milestones, and any issues or opportunities- amongst other reporting needs.

Client relationships:

  • Cooperate with project teams and collect information to respond to client requests such as:
  • IKTVA reporting on Deloitte contracts.
  • Deloitte projects with Aramco Group historic data.

What You’ll Do More

Content Management:

  • Produce and distribute weekly News Media report on Aramco Group.
  • Maintain and update Aramco client team onboarding deck.
  • Produce and distribute Win Notes and Account Monthly Newsletter.
  • Collect Deloitte credentials with Aramco Group.

Reporting and analytics:

  • Track performance progress against the plan.

Event management:

  • Support Account Labs and Global Meetings event content and logistic arrangements

Requirements for Role of An Assistant Manager Internal Client Service

The eligibility requirements for role of an Assistant Manager Internal Client Service are as under:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or any other related business studies.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience.

Skills Desired

  • Able to work effectively with stakeholders in a matrix and multi-cultural organization.
  • Possess strong project management and analytical reporting skills.
  • Exceptional attention to details.
  • Able to analyze large number of quantitative and qualitative data and synthetize findings.
