Responsibilities
- Partner with the logistics department to understand their business objectives and provide strategic HR support.
- Implement HR initiatives and programs to support the team in areas such as performance management, employee relations and talent development.
- Act as a point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure consistency in HR practices and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Conduct regular training sessions for managers and employees on HR topics such as performance management, conflict resolution and diversity and inclusion.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions.
- Handle employee relations issues, investigations and disciplinary actions in collaboration with the HR team and management.
Requirements for Role of Assistant Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR roles.
