Purpose of An Assistant Manager Internal Audits

Assist in evaluating and improving an organization’s internal controls and financial processes.

Job Duties of An Assistant Manager Internal Audits

  • To plan, organise, conduct and manage operational audits of various processes and functions across HCT.
  • To support HCT to accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of compliance controls to reduce the risks of non-compliance.
  • To oversee financial auditing across HCT
  • To provide recommendations for enhancements of operating controls, processes and practices.

Eligibility Criteria?

Qualification

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. e.g Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting.

Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in same role.

Certification

  • Minimum of one internationally recognised Internal Audit certification e.g. Certified Internal Audit certification (CIA).

Knowledge and Skills Desired

  • Full English proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Arabic (reading & writing) is preferred (but not mandatory).
  • Advanced computer literacy. e.g MS Office.
