Responsibilities of Assistant Manager
- Conduct necessary analysis to enhance the Emirati Customer Experience.
- Develop and execute Emirati Customer Experience initiatives on timely manner to achieve Segment objectives.
- Analysis and interpretations of dashboard data to make informed decisions.
- Develop and create dashboards when necessary.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to execute Emirati CX Initiatives.
- Work on projects related to enhancing the Emirati Customer Experience.
Role Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in banking, customer experience, project management, and data analysis.
