Assistant Manager Digital Marketing Mubadala Health Abu Dhabi

Mubadala Health is seeking an experienced candidate for the role of Assistant Manager Digital Marketing for United Eastern Medical Services in Abu Dhabi. This position will be responsible to work closely with the Manager, Digital Marketing to promote company’s healthcare brands and service-lines online through various digital channels and development of digital marketing strategies, identifying gaps and opportunities, and using that information to develop effective digital campaigns that support the overall marketing strategy.

Responsibilities of Assistant Manager Digital Marketing

  • Responsible for website performance and optimization.
  • Design Google AdWords campaigns, keywords research and translation.
  • Maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
  • Generating new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives.
  • Carry out competitor analysis and keyword research for subsidiaries, manage both on-site and off-site SEO.
  • Manage organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on site impressions, click through rates, traffic, and conversions.
  • Generate reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, responding to SM and Google reviews, newsletters and monitoring competitor activities.
  • Must use their expertise in SEO, SEM, website optimization and online monitoring to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads for all mentioned assets.

What you’ll do as Assistant Manager Digital Marketing

  • Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
  • Manage and oversee digital marketing campaigns and techniques on different digital marketing channels ensuring brand consistency and leads generation.
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build, and maintain company’s social media presence.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insight.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with website designer to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Keyword Research & Analysis for SEO and SEM.
  • Managing and reporting Website Analytics, Website traffic, Broken Links, URL Analysis, Tags & Meta Analysis, Website Auditing.
  • Daily & weekly Monitoring of Ads & Its performance.
  • Managing reviews & ratings on 10+ Google my business listings.
  • Managing website content and optimizing user experience.
  • Creating newsletters, and campaigns on email marketing and ensuring high view rate and click through rate.
  • Managing Okadoc platform by adding, removing, editing doctors and facilities profiles.
  • Copywriting for doctors profiles, google ads and others.
  • Collaborate with content marketing and blog contributors to create high-quality content.
  • Keep pace with search engine and industry trends and developments.
  • Creating and managing website content, including blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions.
  • Conducting regular website audits to ensure all content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals

Qualification & Experience

For the role of Assistant Manager Digital Marketing, you’ll need the following:

  • BA /B.Sc or above.
  • Digital marketing related degree is preferable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in Digital Marketing. 
  • Experience gained by working in, or with, a healthcare organization is preferable.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong understanding of overall SEO process including technical, content optimization, competition analysis etc.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Copywriting skills.
