Responsibilities of An Assistant Manager

  • Follow established KYC/AML processes for new and existing clients in line with relevant Deloitte Global and local policies, undertake due diligence and raise any concerns to the quality risk representative/management.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills and consistently communicate with teams regarding compliance-related tasks.
  • Engage with key stakeholders of the firm, e.g. Engagement teams and other Deloitte offices to build solid relationships, improve processes, share knowledge, and develop a compliance culture.
  • Provide guidance and support to client onboarding team on day-to-day activities and ensure that cases are completed in timely manner.
  • Develop and manage strong working relationship across business lines and supporting functions.
  • Monitor weekly reports and interact / help client onboarding team members to achieve KPIs and contribute to training and development of the team.
  • Perform duties or responsibilities assigned by the line manager or department head.
  • Help create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment.

Requirements for Role of Assistant Manager

The eligibility requirements for role of an Assistant Manager are as under:

  • Undergraduate degree from a reputable University in Business Administration or related fields
  • Previous 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry.
