Emirates Islamic Bank is presently recruiting suitably qualified and skilled candidate for the role of Assistant Manager Cards Product. The jobholder is responsible for developing and managing innovative card products, ensuring they align with Islamic banking principles and meet customer needs effectively. Responsibilities of Assistant Manager Cards Product

  • Assist the Cards Product function from an end to end perspective of customer life cycle, includes customer segmentation and selection, product development, market positioning, sales channel planning, customer experience , Debit and credit card performance
  • Identify gaps in the existing product suite to develop and launch new products, review and benchmark the existing products against market and make appropriate changes.
  • Work with the Product manager to formalize a product-wise Business Plan
  • Improve card activation with improving customer lifecycle management
  • Maintain an up-to-date record /MIS of customers, competition and market trends and adopt measures accordingly to maximize profit or minimize any perceived risk
  • Tie-up with new partners to enhance the product CVP and partnership programs, design the end-to-end process for these partners in coordination with key stakeholders.
  • Develop Product related communication to shape customer habit and build awareness
  • Oversee and manage marketing material lifecycle by engaging with required stakeholders to ensure proper creation and timely distribution via relevant channels

Requirements of Assistant Manager Cards Product

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field.
