Responsibilities of Assistant Manager Cards Product

• Assist the Cards Product function from an end to end perspective of customer life cycle, includes customer segmentation and selection, product development, market positioning, sales channel planning, customer experience , Debit and credit card performance
• Identify gaps in the existing product suite to develop and launch new products, review and benchmark the existing products.
• Work with the Product manager to formalize a product-wise Business Plan
• Improve card activation with improving customer lifecycle management
• Maintain an up-to-date record /MIS of customers, competition and market trends and adopt measures accordingly to maximize profit or minimize any perceived risk
• Tie up with new partners to enhance the product CVP and partnership programs design the end to end process for these partners in coordination with key stakeholders.
• Develop Product related communication to shape customer habit and build awareness
• Oversee and manage marketing material lifecycle by engaging with required stakeholders.

Eligibility Requirements

The requirements of Assistant Manager Cards Product are as under:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the relevant field.
