Burj Al Arab by Jumeriah Group is presently hiring suitably qualified & experienced candidate for job role of Assistant Manager, F&B Marketing & Communications. The selected candidate will be responsible to enhance brand presence, drive marketing strategies, and effectively communicate values and offerings in the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities of Assistant Manager F&B Marketing & Communications

  • Responsible for managing and implementing marketing and comms campaigns and projects both online and offline at Burj Al Arab Jumeirah’s restaurants level.
  • Provide support to the Marketing and PR Manager on the day-to-day operations and in driving different marketing activities to maximize stakeholders’ satisfactions.
  • Complete assigned tasks within the pre-determined deadlines.
  • Support the Marketing and PR Manager in managing quotes and coordinating approvals with various suppliers.
  • Assist the Marketing and PR Manager in preparing marketing activity plans as well as fully integrated marketing and PR campaigns.
  • Lead and coordinate agencies with all F&B social media channels. Make sure right media, influencers, KOL’s, content creators are hosted regularly in F&B outlets.
  • Ensure that all collaterals and marketing materials adhere to the Jumeirah brand standards.
  • Ongoing competitor reviews and checks to identify special offers and activities done by the hotels in the competitive set.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and PR team  to ensure that all marketing activity is supported with the measurement of results.
  • Raising Purchase Requests and liaise with Supply & Chain Logistics.
  • Ensure the CRM system is always up to date with all marketing and PR campaigns and projects.
  • Generate reports as required by the department.

Requirements of Assistant Manager F&B Marketing & Communications

  • Bachelors degree in the marketing, communication or related field.
  • At least 3 years of commercial marketing experience, preferably with an international hospitality company

Skills & Knowledge Desired

  • Strong communication skills across variety of platforms and on all levels.
  • Understanding loyalty and customer relationship management.
  • Market research capabilities for competitor reviews.
  • Good eye for creativity and detail, and interest in finding new angles.
  • Any second language from the following ones (German, Russian or Arabic) beside English will be an advantage.
