Responsibilities of Assistant Manager

Greet customers and assist them in their purchase decisions by offering expert advice in compliance with quality and customer service standards.
Support the manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff and ensuring the efficient functioning of the Tezenis Store.
Communicate sales plans and targets to the store team.
Monitor performance on an on going basis and suggest corrective actions to hierarchy.
Assign routine and non routine tasks to Sales Associates, Cashiers & Coordinators.
Ensure that all the activities are carrying out in the most efficient manner.
Assist in preparation of the staff schedule in order to ensure that shop /Department manpower is effectively matching shop’s operational requirements.
Support the Shop/Department Manager in maintaining inventories and placing product orders to ensure stock management and availability of products.
Motivate team members and provide them with the necessary support in terms of training and development in order to optimize sales results.
