Responsibilities of Assistant Manager

• Greet customers and assist them in their purchase decisions by offering expert advice in compliance with quality and customer service standards.
• Support the manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff and ensuring the efficient functioning of the Tezenis Store.
• Communicate sales plans and targets to the store team.
• Monitor performance on an on going basis and suggest corrective actions to hierarchy.
• Assign routine and non routine tasks to Sales Associates, Cashiers & Coordinators.
• Ensure that all the activities are carrying out in the most efficient manner.
• Assist in preparation of the staff schedule in order to ensure that shop /Department manpower is effectively matching shop’s operational requirements.
• Support the Shop/Department Manager in maintaining inventories and placing product orders to ensure stock management and availability of products.
• Motivate team members and provide them with the necessary support in terms of training and development in order to optimize sales results.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor degree in business administration.
• 2-3 years of experience in same role.

Skills Desired

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluency in english.
• Strong product knowledge.
• Cultural awareness.
